Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over $40. For orders less than $40, you will be charged a $5 fee. Express delivery costs $10.
Orders generally take up to 7 business days to arrive for regular delivery but for express delivery it will be 3 to 5 business days.
Returns / Exchanges
You have up to 90 days after you receive your order to organse a return or exchange. The product must be in it's original saleable condition.
You can return the product using 3 methods:
- Dropping it at one of 1,300 Parcelpoint locations for free
- Dropping it at one of 4,400 Australia Post offices for free
- Couriers Please pickup at local courier rates
